I am just finishing up my electrical this next week and I am wondering what I need to do to prep for the first start up in over ten years. Motor turns and I
have some marvels in the plug holes. I would hate to mess things up by trying to start it too soon. Anything else I should do to prep it for a start up? Carbs,
tank, electrics, oil tank are all new. Do I need to do something to get the oil flowing or lube anything before I start cranking it over?

Also a good thing to pull a few tappit covers once it's running and shine a light on the cam and lifters each one to make sure they are getting oiled
properly. If you give it just a lil throttle with a tappit cover off some oil should sprinkle out and you should be able to see it with a flashlight being...

make sure your oil lines are right. Got to lowes or the hardware store and get some of the clear reinforced PVC hose and use it for your oil lines. It will
hold up and you can see the oil flowing. It would suck to seize your motor.

Just what Redlined said. Fill her up with fluids, kick over several times and fire away!!! Good to see you found some time to finish up the scoot. Hope that
