No, we got our bikes (my cb750 and my buddy Greg's xs650) on the trailer headed back to the east coast, we got em delivered right to our door for just a bit more, got em back last Sunday..

well I recomend getting mexican insuranse if you go, it'll keep you out of jail if anything happens, and for that they ask for a license. All I showed at the border was my pasport but I think you can still do it with 2 forms of ID like a license and a certified copy of birth certificate.

Welcome back. Glad it's in one piece. I really would like to join you next year. I actually put it on the calendar already. I will need to take off a little more time than you as I will need to travel from Michigan. Would you consider receiving my bike from a shipper so I can fly down? Might be the only way so I don't lose to much work time. I look forward to the pics.

Back! And alive and well. For a bike built in 3 weeks it was great. Fuck for any bike it did great, not one problem related to the build. One of my DOHC coils took a shit heading into San Felipe so I had to ride in the truck and trailer to ensenada on day 2, but some guy with a locked up shovel head gave me his coil and I safety wired that bitch to the down tube and she rode like a dream all the way home.

Made some new friends, saw some old ones, caused a lot of trouble and had a...

That ride and the stamped are on my list... oh man if I only had about a month of vacation. Check out the broken big bear chopper on the web site.... I luv his quote....."Just proof that you can put as many flaming swords on your bike as you want, but at the end of the day it should be "welded" together, not "painted" together..."

Well it's almost time, anyone here going? I will be leaving San Diego thursday around 10am heading east on the 8 to calexico and meeting up with the rest of the runners there at the pizza hut lunch stop.

It's just about time and I have not even rode the new bike once. Still have to finish weld the rear fender mount, build a headlight mount, reroute my oil tank vent, bleed the brakes, wire......oh yeah and swap engines! I started the engine that I plan to use in the new chop...
