diesel doesn't have a coil ;)I have a dexta that reves up. I think it is sucking air somewhere. A front end loader is just the ticket to pick up these old bikes. I also use my engine hoist.

my tractor did the same thing, come to find out it had a bad coil. Just a thought!

Sounds like metering valve is sticking= try good lubercateing fuel condtioner . with posable worn head & rotor. Red get me the pump numbers off the injection pump.

Cool on the swingarm , Yes we did buy a tractor , bought a massey deisel with a loader and near new 72 inch brush hog .Do you know anything about them ? Seems to be ok for an hour then picks up about 300 rpm monentarily then drops back to throttle setting , this happens a couple of times then within a 1/2 hour it quits and will not restart till cold . Filter looks like a combo filter / sediment bowl and is full at all times. There is a fuel pump on the side of the motor with a hand lever but...

it's just scrap to me, no returns LOL. The one swing arm frame I have, I modified a Kawasaki swing arm so I could run the belt drive. Off topic, Did ya'll get a tractor yet??

i think the 77/78 swingarms are 1/4 inch wider than the earlier one.same length though?

What I am trying to do is cover my butt for this rigid arm frame . Need and early one thanks Cobra , and a late one , thanks Shag Nas . Sounds like Kate will get them both on , at or on her return from Licking . I gotta go back to Canada for a bit and want this stuff ready for when I get back.
